London Audio Visual was approached to deliver full technical production for a high-profile awards ceremony. Our client required a seamless solution that combined impactful visuals, comprehendible audio, and professional stage management to create an unforgettable experience for their attendees.

This awards ceremony required full event production from us, including project management and on-site technicians. Through initial discussions, our project manager was able to establish a feel for the basic requirements and from there on, our team was in constant communication with the event organisers to ensure the look of the awards ceremony was in line with the expectations.

We worked closely with the event organisers from concept to delivery, providing expert advice on stage design, screen placement, and lighting to match the prestige of the awards ceremony. Our team supplied and installed:

• LED Screens for live feeds, branded content, and award highlights.

• Professional Sound Systems ensuring every word, from the host’s opening remarks to winners’ speeches, was heard clearly across the venue.

• Lighting Design tailored to enhance the atmosphere and add to the branding theme.

• Staging & Set designed to provide a sleek and professional backdrop.

On the day, our technical crew managed all aspects of production, including show-calling, cueing, and live operation, ensuring a flawless delivery from start to finish.

The main LED structure set up was 20m by 5m 3.9 pixel pitch was set up on the 12m by 3m centre stage. The combination of striking visuals, immersive sound, and professional production values elevated the award ceremony and left both the organisers and attendees impressed.

From speeches to highlights, the LED backdrop made every moment unforgettable, delivering clarity and vibrancy across the venue.

In addition, our experienced technical team were on-site throughout the event, providing full technical support to operate and oversee the ceremony. From managing live sound and lighting cues to running video playback and ensuring the smooth operation of the LED screens, our crew worked behind the scenes to deliver a seamless show. Their expertise and attention to detail meant the awards ran flawlessly from start to finish.

The audio system was meticulously configured to provide optimal coverage and clarity throughout the venue. The set-up featured 8 subwoofers for extended low-frequency response, 4 V7P full-range speakers for precise mid-to-high frequency projection, and 4 E8-8″ front of house monitors on the main stage to ensure accurate on-stage monitoring. Speaker placement and system tuning were carefully calibrated to achieve even SPL distribution, guaranteeing that both live speeches and playback content were delivered with consistent clarity and impact across the audience.
