We are proud to have worked with Korg for the 3rd year in a row on their stand for the London Drum Show. Their exhibition stand displayed the latest products using dramatic lighting and multi-angle focus points, making full use of the stand space available to them. Having a long lasting relationship with Korg meant meeting their design requirements was a pleasure and easily arranged. Minimal fuss meant maximum impact in this case as we set up the truss base design with staging on different levels. Plasma screens showed the company video on a loop and a PA system focussed to engage with attendees of the exhibition.
“I wanted to thank you and your team for an excellent set-up last week. We have received lots of positive feedback from the client and guests about how the room looked and the quality of the displays and these were enhanced enormously by the lighting. The stage set looked lovely, exactly as you had described and I’m really pleased to say we had no hiccups with any of the presentation, sound or lighting on the day – all down to the professionalism of your team. Please thank all your team for all their help and support and I hope we will have the opportunity to work with you again.” Katy Quest Worldwide Event Brief: Conference for 150 people seated Cabaret style Venue: Renaissance Heathrow Hotel Technical production included; Stage and set design, Projectors and Screens, PA system and lighting. It was a great day for students who attended the first ever Digital Summer Camp hosted by TechmixMag at the Hackney Community College. Digital workshops were delivered and new gadgets were tested with some of the worlds best programmers and digital producers. We played a part in providing plasma screens and PA systems to the Blackberry Entrepreneur Zone, The Mayor’s Apprentice Pavilion, The BT Induction Zone and the open air Theatre. “I just wanted to drop you a line and say a very big thank you for your support last week. I’ve said it before, but without your expertise and the support of London AV, we would have had a very different event!” Ed Baker from TechMixMag.
The event: Lions vs Wallabies 2nd Rugby Test and the Challenge: The Hole in the World! Curiosity attracted the crowds to the Hole in the World which made a Skype call from Cardiff to Melbourne so that rugby fans from opposite sides of the planet could interact. We had a great time providing the hardware and expertise to make the UK side of this Microsoft sponsored event a success.

Due to popular demand we have made our very own custom lecterns. Made from wood and covered in felt, the lectern stands at 1m high and 45cm wide. The standard colour is black but you can have any colour to match your brand or event theme. The perspex board can hold a sponsor logo or you can leave it unbranded. We have also custom fit lectern microphones holders to the inside so that all cabling is hidden from view.
